Set in coastal or riverside cities, this design hopes give helps to nearby people who affected by flood disaster. The floating raft can receive flood warnings and respond automatically by wirelessly communicating with the city 's monitoring. In addition, after deployment, the floating raft can collect information about the surrounding environment through sensors and cameras and transmit information to rescuers to better understand the current situation.
