Located in Jiangbei, Huizhou, the project was originally constructed in 1996. Spanning 7,144 square meters, this abandoned building features distinctive red-brick European architecture. Through meticulous design, it has been transformed into the “Shared Neighborhood Nature Community,” reborn in 2023. Centered on the core principles of “Sharing, Integration, and Neighbourhood,” the community maximizes preservation by creating stark contrasts between old brick walls and new materials.
