The hotel is located in the heart of Sevastopol - Balaklava - and consists of 9 buildings. Composition built as a gradual transition from the waterfront to the mountain landscape. Architecture is based on core elements of the coastal city Balaklava: archway, forged balconies and shutters on the ground floors, creating privacy. The primary building material is light natural stone: limestone, travertine, dolomite. A special part of the complex is the thermal spa beneath the pool. It is hidden from direct view and can only be accessed via a spiral staircase or a lift.
