Located in Yinzhou District, Ningbo, the "DEMO TERRA" creative park is an urban oasis bounded by two railways and an elevated road. The site blends villas, old factories, and wild nature into a distinctive urban wilderness. The design extends the site's raw character through a curated contrast of modern materials like glass and metal. This strategy restores natural elements while constructing fragmented pockets of urbanity. Its secluded nature is leveraged to craft a sanctuary from the city—a place that reinterprets and revives the shared experiences of urban living.
