Located in a town in Xuancheng in China, this elegant white house is embedded at the junction of the hillside and the lake, featuring a design that responds to both the natural topography and the landscape. Inspired by the site shape, the design uses the circle as its basic form and reflects a minimalist aesthetic through a combination of clean lines, simple colors and native materials, which makes it a unique presence in the town. From a distance, the white plastering and dark concrete stand out among the green hillsides.
