Jiutang community uses modern design as the vocabulary to create a very sculptural space form. In terms of façade design, it incorporates the symbol of “sailing” and sets up an L-shaped vertical façade framework, such as a ship “breaking the wind and waves, sailing and setting sail”. The façade as a whole continues the simple style of Greentown's product line, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and horizontal lines, making the façade dynamic and smooth, stretching and atmospheric. The local vertical lines emphasize the uprightness of the building.
